And, believe me, it was incredibly tough doing given how little money I had to start with and how difficult it was to get financing when I started (during the absolute bottom of the bust).I think your financing will now be 100 times easier but your deal finding will be tougher than what I had.I know it seems like a couple of houses really won't move the needle much.
