Would appreciate any feedback on the health of the Miami condo market these days.

Both lead and asbestos are known health hazards.

Also work with their case worker as right now the tenant is getting a free ride on the taxpayers dime, failing to comply with the terms of their lease agreement can jeopardize that and that threat can really get them moving.  

My spouse has little interest in retiring early, so I'll ride their health insurance to the grave.

Death , divorce, jail, health issues in the middle of the deal?  

She did not like that response and told me via text message that I will need to file for eviction (along with other threats of discrimination, illegal action on my part, etc which are all bogus). 

We can change little things like using steel studs and cementatious materials...we can tighten up the openings and insulate better.....but we have been doing that for a few decades and they now tell us that these hermetically sealed buildings are not good for our health.
