I don't know where it is, how big it is, or if it's been repaired, but just a quick good search seems to indicate this could be a $25k repair. 

Regarding my second question, you're right, I think doing a title search is my next step in order to insure that their is indeed a good amount of equity.Sal

I'm running a new Google Adwords campaign, and wanted some advice. 

I've been scanning Zillow and redfin for weeks, analyzing information and trying to put the pieces together, but I have not yet determined the excact criteria for my search.

@Casey Gregersen I've been searching for HELOCs on my Houston properties as well, and am currently working with PenFed.

Do a search for "loan fraud, conviction & sentencing" It makes for sobering reading.
