I currently have 2 tenants who are constantly fighting and harassing eachother.... what am i supposed to do legally regarding keeping one and evicting the other?

I've been lingering around for quite some time soaking up as much information as I can and figured I should just put myself out there and really give this thing a shot.I've been wanting to get into REI for a long time but the limiting beliefs of "you're not capable of that" or "but that's only for rich people" has hindered me in actually taking actionable steps to move forward.When I first decided to actually learn, I knew absolutely nothing about REI and the jargon immediately started to give me anxiety and thoughts of this never being obtainable.

I hear more experienced business people agreeing that the next several of months will be good time to be liquid and I'm fighting with myself about whether I should wait (for something to happen?)

Around the Lehigh Valley local realtors have access to a site called CRS Tax which gives a nice searching capability to the 7 counties around us: Lehigh, Northampton, Bucks, Berks, Carbon, Monroe, and Schuylkill.

Kind of a red flag to me.. if they're getting their money why would they really fight to lower vacancy.For the PM that I use in Columbus they charge 7% a month and have some other general fees.

Having a kitchenette does not make it two units, and it is not illegal to create counter space  upstairs.it will not be a second unit,because he will not have a fully functional kitchen,no cooking capability,lease will not say it is a unit B, and renting part of your home with cabinets is not illegal. 

Downstairs people have moved out, but it looks like the daughter is going to put up a fight, and we will have to go the eviction route.
