Tax/Parcel Search in PA

Hello fellow BPers.  I am starting to explore a new market to invest in.  Not necessarily Allentown, PA, but the entire state of PA outside of Philadelphia.   I was wondering if someone can share with me how they do parcel data search.  In other words, is there a site that I can plug in an address or parcel number and the map of the land, tax details are displayed?  Is this a county by county thing?  Is it statewide?

I thank you all in advance for any help.

Definitely county by county in PA. You would need to narrow down your areas of interest and then search the county websites.
