Your fear and overwhelm is totally normal girl.

If you're broke and scared and like to make business decisions based on your emotions and fears then you should certainly look to out of state junk, because that is not investing.

I am told it is my Agents FIDUCIARY responsibility to not allow potential buyers to enter the house I fear of losing his License.
