Newbie wholesaler In Arizona

Hello everyone, I have been doing research on wholesaling over the past couple of months and am really excited about this! My only fear at the moment is jumping into it and finally going out there. I understand that in wholesale sometimes you have to spend money in marketing to make money in wholesaling. I am having trouble deciding what avenues to take when finding new leads. I know there's many websites that you can use that will give you potential leads based off of vacant properties, high equity, etc. But idk which ones to actually use. I've also read about yellow letters and done plenty of research, but still can't decide on what to do as far as yellow letters. I am definitely looking for a career change and see real estate investing as something I would want to do for the rest of my life. Any help or guidance would be much appreciated.
