I have experience in updating and renting out 4-plexes and would like to grow my portfolio.

I'm never going to leverage my primary residence ever.  

As we grow we will more than likely start to consider property management companies, but we are not there yet.

This is our third full time tenant ever so we obviously have much to learn.

I've painted cabinets before and the only paint that has ever worked for me was the Glidden trim and door paint from HD.

I'm looking to make connections and start meeting with serious investors to learn and grow.    

Over the 13 years we have been in business our footprint has grown considerably but it has been at a pace that we can control the service that is needed to back it up.Always feel free to run a management need by me and I can tell you right away if we cover that area or not as our ability is growing.  

We're launching in our first market in Sacramento and are trying to grow numbers of doors and take on more properties.

However, I haven't really put forth the time and effort to grow my business in the last year.
