We're looking for a remote or virtual individual or company that has rental property/landlord experience, is well-managed, high integrity, and is great at communicating with the landlord.

I told the wife, who I communicated with, that the property really isn't child proof and that it's not such a great area for children (of course I couldn't turn them down).

It feels like they're avoiding contact with me because I've inherited them and they're skirting communication so as to not have to face eviction / non-renewal.

I am going to see a property with an owner tomorrow and am in communication with another and will look to employ some of these strategies. 

You'll want to start defining what you will and won't do for ALL your clients and not make exceptions if you plan on growing efficiently. 

(where I live) I Know They say wholesaling can be done anywhere but I guess I would like to hear feedback from more experienced investors then myself on what your takes are about my approach and what is the most efficient path I can take to achieve  my short and long term goals? 

Thankfully, I befriended a seller of land in the town I'll be in and she was able to communicate with the Uber guy, attorney's office to certify my passport and signature and also she signed for me locally and assisted with the money transfer! 

It really does take a lot of communication, dedication, and teamwork to make sure that everything runs smoothly in all six markets, and they do a great job!
