Hello BP members. I am new to the world of real estate and very exited to get started. I have read several books over the past few months and listened to many BP podcasts. I would like to build long term wealth/ passive income through using the brrrr strategy. In order to have capital to purchase my brrrr investments I was strongly considering starting off wholesaling In order to fund my first few deals and maybe more.

The question I have is can I start a wholesaling business in New York? (where I live) I Know They say wholesaling can be done anywhere but I guess I would like to hear feedback from more experienced investors then myself on what your takes are about my approach and what is the most efficient path I can take to achieve  my short and long term goals?
