Everyone also has there own health issues, family issues and many cases also work another job.

There are also other diverse job sectors ranging from health care (Harrisburg Hospital is one of the top pediatric hospitals, and Penn State Hershey, and they acquired additional hospitals in Cumberland county), distribution/warehousing, and large corporate employers (TE Connectivity, Hershey Foods, Aldi, etc.).

Off season there are traveling health care workers & other medium term renters.

However, the problem I'm running into is health insurance.

My husband has been in this space for many years, however our health insurance coverage currently is provided from my W2.  

My current PM does a much better job, however he doesn't accept new clients because of health reasons.

I think many health care travelers don't do enough research before deciding on an area. 

I have had health care professionals (physical therapists, phlebotomists, x-ray techs, etc.) and they are more flexible on drive time.
