I qualify the below with I know very little about a MHP and that al of the knowledge I have is from this site not from my personal practice or DD in looking to purchase.I know some things that will be asked by people are how many lots, what is the mix of rented/owned trailers, what is the utility system (sewer, septic ect) what is the age of the homes in the park.
