Looking for a mixed use property.

I am just wondering where should I look if I am looking for a mixed use (retail or commercial/residential). Any suggestions of websites would be helpful. I am not looking to purchase in the near future but I will be looking to purchase in the next couple of years. Would prefer to be able to keep my eye on the market if a great deal comes by that I can jump on.
