@Cory Smith  There are many fee only advisors who do comprehensive planning now. 

This configuration is to accommodate our new family dynamics of a divorcing couple sharing the property, and planning for teenage son who can’t afford to buy/rent in our resort area (he can maintain privacy in one of the studios above garage, while the other studio serves as guest accommodations).

Im going to research how to have a really comprehensive scope of work.

The only course I ever bought was a comprehensive real estate tax course but I have paid for individual coaching as well and it was worth every penny.
