The home was remodeled but I did replace the kitchen just because I own a cabinet business so why not so I have about 45k into it after theHvac went out twice but it is a very clean park in a nice city with the best school districts and where houses start at 300k so I was able to rent it for 1450 a month the lot rent and water/trash is 578 so I'm cash flowing a little more than 800 a month.

Demoing - cabinets, drywall, and a dividing wall.

New cabinets in kitchen and bath with quartz countertops, walls were textured and painted, fireplace has new brick facing. 

It just needs cosmetic updates like wall and cabinet painting and floor cleaning. 

Hell no, I'll wait until the entire cabinet is damaged from water and now this $500 fix is your responsibility!

Just holes punched in walls, concrete in drains, intentional fires, cabinets torn down, etc..

New trim, doors, paint, electrical, fixtures, refinished/replaced flooring, refinished cabinets, new appliances, revamped the entire landscaping for improved usage and curb appeal, and completely gutted and remodeled the basement bathroom.

I guess a good example of that would be replacement windows or cabinets that you have ordered directly and hired the contractor to install.

The City of Independence stated that they have been trying to get USREEB to fix the issue for almost 2 years & I was never even notified of such issue.The tenant moved out Aug 2017 & the property management company kept charging me utilities upwards of $400 when the property was vacant & did not/could not provide me proof or answer why.The bottom of the kitchen sink cabinet was missing & had fungi growth that was never cleaned and replaced.

I have access to the 4 floors of commercial office property such as but not limited to cubicles, filing cabinets, a full commercial kitchen, white boards, etc etc ect...
