My property rent for $1250 and my previous tenant (leased for 6 years) moved out and I have to spend like $11000!!! to fix/replace what damaged/ worn out this and that......

Just found a company selling Landlord Protection plan  https://surevestor.com/pick-a-plan/  What to hear any of you have experience of this and is it worth of using this plan?

It's worth looking into as that company was modeled after the same business in Australia which was and still is wildly popular.  Nothing will cover all damage, but knowing the really awful stuff could be covered is atleast some piece of mind for the small price you pay.
