To sum up my experience, my commercial mortgage loan originations are booming; we’re getting 12.75 - 13.5% interest with 4 points for 12 month loans at 40-60% LTV.The purchase of existing loans from lending institutions has dried up for us, as buyers are offering more than we feel is warranted, and they are buying “dubious” assets.

I occasionally enjoy co-hosting (splitting costs) for client events with a lending partner but that is pretty rare as most lenders just want to hold "first time home buyer" classes/events or co-brand online ads for home buyers.

Being that you have a track record of selling properties and may have an old lead-list, you can try creating a lookalike audience for facebook ads.Within the ad manager, you can add a csv file with names and contact information for past buyer leads.
