I find a lot of people like direct mail because it’s a lot easier to click a button and pay to send mail to a bunch of people.

I'm looking for an 80% LTV cash out refinancing at the 6 month mark that is at a 30 year fixed rate.

We just put in an offer on a property and everything looks good BUT on the disclosures, under the "other" section, this was marked YES: "Have you received any notices by any governmental or quasi-governmental agencies affecting this property?"

If this brings more traffic to your site and your site is great ad people stay on your site and scroll down, click buttons etc, etc, you WILL rank higher.Keep in mind youtube is a no-follow website... meaning you won;t get any link juice towards your DA or PA, but it does give you a citation, a mention.
