How many people have business YouTube channels? Has it increased your SEO visibility? Led to any deals?

I just started one and am open to suggestions in terms of material to post or the best way to utilize YouTube.

Youtube itself is not going to get you any leads for motivated sellers. It definitely could, but not directly.

You get a Youtube channel to expand your internet presence. Google owns Youtube so of course you need a business channel as it is part of Google.

So in that aspect, it indirectly helps in SEO.

No one is going to go on youtube and type in, "Help I need to sell my house fast". People use Google for that. However, if you have video testimonials, and vids about you walking properties, vids of you in the closing office and everyone has huge smiles and vids of you educating sellers on how to sell their house with a cash offer, you build credibility and that is going to help you. If this brings more traffic to your site and your site is great ad people stay on your site and scroll down, click buttons etc, etc, you WILL rank higher.

Keep in mind youtube is a no-follow website... meaning you won;t get any link juice towards your DA or PA, but it does give you a citation, a mention. You do need no follow websites so google sees you as a organic good site.

So the conclusion is yes, get a youtube channel for your business and fill it with testimonials and how to vids.
