I have been buying land via tax deed and when I auction them on ebay I just use pay pal. there are a lotta fees with eBay and Pay Pal especially when its only a 1000 dollar transaction.

i have a tax lien on a property that i will likely have to foreclose on. this is a situation where i made a loan to a homeowner for property taxes and they have defaulted on the note.i want to keep the house, i don't want it to go to auction. does texas require that it go to auction first?
