@John Thedford  can quote the statutes that you may want to read for yourself.. so you don't spend money on attorneys etc..

I'm not an attorney, and never played one on TV - but seems to me if he signed the original lease with the 15-day clause in it, then he accepted that provision and therefore must abide by it.

If you have concerns about the terms of the addendum I recommend contacting a real estate attorney in your locality.

The payment would be a wired transaction where we sit down with his attorney and title company to sign rights to the home over.
