Even if you have a contractor, you will still need to follow up with him, make sure he submitted the permit requests, after tasks are done, make sure he requested inspection,....I agree, Most contractors are booked out, and their quotes may vary quite a lot.

Well a quick google search shows something like 10 million airbnbs and STRs around my area.I was going to press forward with my plan and assume the claim about an anti-STR Boca ordinance must be either false or un-enforceable, but then I found ONE shred of evidence on the airbnb community pages: https://community.withairbnb.c...Boca isn't cheap.
