Between the urine, hair, and claw sharpening on all the woodwork they can really destroy a place.I would probably pass if your main plan is to put a highly allergic person in it, but if the numbers work out well and you can rent it to an animal lover it might not be a bad deal.

Area is in high demand and properties do not last long.

Hot Intown areas will be higher- based on supply and demand.

Many rush into this niche without knowing the market then work leads and do not know what to do since they are unfamiliar with the supply, demand and values in the area.

Its a different animal calculating price per sq/ft because of the addition and adapting and reusing material.

Hi Johnathan, thought i would just chime in here since I do work in a market fairly similar to yours here in Southern California, where demand is high, prices are high and a good deal is hard to find. 

Thinking I should email HOA president and demand he needs to facilitate a meeting for all concerned parties to come to an agreement, and possibly contact legal counsel?
