I began working for a property management company 5 months ago to help them develop their online marketing.I'm working on an email marketing campaign geared towards building relationships with realtors and promoting our realtor referral program, and we use a company called eCampaign Pro to send out email blasts to registered real estate agents.Since I am somewhat new to the real estate industry I am trying to wrap my head around the DOs and DON'Ts of networking, self-promotion, etc...That being said, I want to learn from some of you real-estate agents:Are any of you registered on any of these realtor lists?

This is to help mitigate the risk of vacancy during winter months where it's hard to find new tenants.I remind tenants again at the 60-day point.If they have not given me a response - in writing - 30 days prior, then I send them notice that their lease will terminate on the scheduled date and that we are starting to advertise the unit for potential renters.
