This was an interesting first deal but I'm glad I was able to help the seller navigate his way threw the process with out having to just give the home to the bank.

The "Learn" link across the top navigation bar has lots of great info, and most importantly, the BP members!

In NY, I use Property Shark and Reonomy.

Ambulance chasing attorneys know their way around and can legally navigate around Insurance Policies.

Thanks Bill, same to you.Tough market(s) right now, but we're patient and I'm not afraid of foundation repair, etc.Looked at a few fire damaged units, but those can be super tricky to navigate with the city.

I would appreciate feedback from those who have navigated this terrain before.

I tried getting it setup in their site as I"m already a member, but couldn't navigate very well and couldn't find the option to sign up.
