Hello Everyone, I am new to this site and I am very excited about this website since I can see there is a lot of information about RE that I can soak in. I've been reading a good some f books about real estate and I'm extremely motivated to use REI as a platform for financial freedom. I'm close to finding my first investment property near (Houston, TX) Im 20 years old and have thought about this for a while now and want to invest in multi family properties. Should I start out by using an FHA loan on my first few Multi family properties? What should I look out for when taking the first step. Any advice and information will help thank you! Extremely excited to be a part of the BP community!
