Have any of you out there ever used Buildertrend or Procore to manage your projects?

I worked for a family owned company that built laminated timber structures throughout the Northeast but one of the sons had a good portfolio of multi family properties throughout Jacksonville and Orlando.

I want to speak with a lender to see if we could borrow against our existing properties to put less money down, but I have no idea what the cost would be of 1) the land, 2) improvements on the land, and 3) construction of the home.

So any advice on how can we star on asking for a mortgage loan and thinks to avoid in starting investing on properties.ThanksHola Horacio, I have an investment loan where you son can apply using his social and he can buy an investment property without showing income. 

This happened to one of my properties, too.

How are SF landlords managing this situation?
