At the very least you're talking about removing flooring and baseboards, getting everything clean and dry, then replacing what you removed.  

Although it can be VERY dry, it is all based around what is on the exam.

It does set very quickly but it takes many hours to dry.

That would be like trying to stay dry after you have already been thrown in the pool.

TL;DR: I need key words to punch into Google..We want out of real estate. 

@Joseph ShawI'm a big believer in the DRY principle (don't repeat yourself), and so I use quickbooks and only quickbooks for all of my cost accounting and cost tracking and reporting. 

Oh I forget. .. it's dry heat!

Saw someone's 90 day challenge and I've had a note on my dry erase board for the last 3 months when I created my goals for the year of accumulating $1,000,000 worth of property in 2014.

As long *** there aren't any dry cleaners, chemical manufacturers or gas stations close to you, there is likely not an issue.
