(Nothing within the Hartford city limits) This won’t just be an investment for me but rather a place to live as well so I have some requirements and some “wants” if possibleNo war zonesMust have at least a two car garageOne apartment must be at least two bedrooms and minimum of 1000sqft(others can be any reasonable configuration)Must have reasonable off street parkingPrefer to have some sort of lawn, more grass the betterPrefer to have more of a suburbs feel than a city feelNot looking for boarding house or mixed use situationsNo illegal apartmentsProbably in the 130k to 200k range when its all said and done depending on what its needs.I have a pre-approved mortgage and can provide proof of funding as appropriate but would also be open to owner or other creative financing options Easiest way to reach me is A message through here.Thanks
