Looking for a Multufamily to buy/hold/house hack

Hello all,Just putting this out there. I’m looking for a multi family home in the Hartford or Middlesex county area.(Nothing within the Hartford city limits) This won’t just be an investment for me but rather a place to live as well so I have some requirements and some “wants” if possible

No war zones

Must have at least a two car garage

One apartment must be at least two bedrooms and minimum of 1000sqft

(others can be any reasonable configuration)

Must have reasonable off street parking

Prefer to have some sort of lawn, more grass the better

Prefer to have more of a suburbs feel than a city feel

Not looking for boarding house or mixed use situations

No illegal apartments

Probably in the 130k to 200k range when its all said and done depending on what its needs.
I have a pre-approved mortgage and can provide proof of funding as appropriate but would also be open to owner or other creative financing options Easiest way to reach me is A message through here.
