Neighborhood is a solid B and this property was the worst house (probably a C minus/D condition).

I'm interested in Class A or B properties. 

For myself:Units owned - 8 consists of 4 A-class SFH's I manage myself, 4 B-class apartment units professionally managed.Rent status as of 3/31/2020 - 2/4 SFH's paid, 0/4 apartment units paid so far.

Rental b is a brand new $2million condo. 

@Tyler Santos  I think website has more upside because (a) in your outreach marketing you can ask people to go to your landing page if they want to stay in touch, and (b) if you can build good keyword content on a website related to your market/activities, you can get daily traffic from Google search (SEO). 

Question:From a numbers and practicality standpoint, am I better off to upgrade my personal residence so I can house hack, or take that same cash and put it towards an entry level B or C class rental home?

I don’t want to sell my primary, however in the event of housing collapse I’m curious to know (Plan B) if I can at least walk away with my HELOC monies free of bank recourse.

They're all asking me the same question: Will a mortgage forbearance either A) affect my credit score or B) impact my qualification for a loan in the future?
