I was a student at two boot camps (I willnot mention names,my respect to them; is their niche; and it could help someone to seek for more ) and I spend a tremendous amount of dollars.I could deal with mechanical or structural problems that was my not wreakness.

. - You messaged in two days ago at 8:56pm - Our support team replied in less than 60 seconds- We asked about the issue and let you know that we would escalate the issue to the proper team.- We immediately sent an inquiry about the issue to the processor and were waiting on a response- You started a new chat last night, one day later, at 8:45pm- Again the team replied within 60 seconds to learn more- As this was a new chat the person did not see the prior chat and asked questions- They assured you we would escalate the issue and get a resolution- Again we reached out to the processor- At 4:53 pm, I called you to discuss the issue but got voicemail and left a message as well as replying in the chat you had begunWe are certainly not perfect, and we are the first to apologize when service is not up to our standards.

The tenant had a legitimate complaint, the landlord had an unavoidable delay in addressing the complaint, the tenant voiced frustration, they landlord felt uncomfortable, the situation escalated and the landlord ended up evicting a long-term never late tenant over a non-issue.

There is also a shortage of contractors, materials, and construction management which is escalating new build costs in this area.I think a mass produced 3d printed and multifamily community could help put a dent in the shortage.
