I told her the ramifications of being evicted, but she didn't seem to believe me, so i felt it was necessary to follow due process 1) to teach her that she does have to follow the rules and 2) because she seemed like she would do it again, and hopefully the next landlord will see her eviction and she will feel some of that pain and maybe learn her lesson.

I also want to teach her what to do and how to do it so she can care for herself and her family, should she choose to have one, when she gets older.

I suspect these some of these folks have taken a motel course from some SMARTIE, who brain washed them into thinking they are real estate investors, OR SHOULD I SAY WHOLESALER.There is more to being a successful investor than taking a motel course from a SMARTIE.There are so many bad programs out there searching for your money, they want to teach you how to get rich.

Next is when doing contracts, look for a contractor school, they go a couple of hundred and maybe a thousand, and don't really teach how to do it, but it covers all your basic anti-lawsuit needs specific to your state (kind of like a RE license course).

It's just that it doesn't seem to be a standard in which the way deals are handled that I think makes that part of the industry a mess and making it hard to do business in this sector.Perhaps a lot of this nonsense is coming from "gurus" who are teaching underhanded ways to make money from real estate?
