For me, the sweet spot is more than a single family and less than 50 units.

that was my thought too...most of the wholesalers who are in first spot on real off market houses, are loaded with great info to get you moving to buy, and to sell that house and make their $. 

It would be SWEET to offer this as a perk after they've closed. 

I really don't want to waste the next two years picking up sweet deals when I could potentially move back with 5-10 units under my belt!
