Wise use of leverage enables you to do that much faster.

Technology advancements such as email, phone calls, skype has enabled communication with a remote CPA to be seamless.

That way you retain your privacy and still accomplish your goal of supplementing the mortgage with rental income.

Or perhaps I should say that the technology has come a long way to enable an entrepreneur on a shoe-string budget to put out a book with an audio component!
