Thank you Steven for some hopeful re-assurance in the middle of a lot of stress. :)Given that I've provided free rent, relief of late fees, free things, and paid for energy, I am hoping that they are decent enough people to simply move out, and be happy with the fact that they were the beneficiary of a lot of things.

@Rickey Garcia I'm in the camp of "go for it," but I say that with the assumption that you'll do your homework before signing any paperwork, you'll have contingencies in your budget, and you'll be prepared to handle the stressful nature of a flip.
