I have met a lot of people at our local groups who have brought me to amazing deals, and furthered our business, in ways that I could not have imagined...Almost every meeting in the metro Denver area (and anywhere else, I would imagine) will have someone that you could network with that can help you, and that you can help (after all, everything comes full circle - you might bring someone a deal today, who will reciprocate in 5 years with a deal that will retire you from a day job...literally).I'll post again with specific clubs.

I also have a vacation SFH on Siesta Key, that I will use as a retirement home in the futurefinding it harder to find good deals but i have a great team on the ground....it's so important,i lived in sarasota for a year to understand the market and researchnow looking for land deals in SW Florida if anybody has advicemny thks to everyone

Think of it like Monopoly, get a property, build houses on it, then trade them in for a hotel.Two options are keep and cash out refi to buy more orSell, and 1031 into a larger property with as good or better cash flow and perhaps more stable or greater advantages for upside.
