Hi All

Loving this forum, have stumbled across it tonight and can't switch my PC off!!!

It's now 3am in the UK

I have been investing inSarasota since 2010 and want to help other investors especially out of state and country.

Have a SFH portfolio in good school districts that give me a return of 10% deals are harder to find now. I also have a vacation SFH on Siesta Key, that I will use as a retirement home in the future

finding it harder to find good deals but i have a great team on the ground....it's so important,

i lived in sarasota for a year to understand the market and research

now looking for land deals in SW Florida if anybody has advice
