We are in completely different markets, so I wouldnt put much weight in it, plus mine are rural and not in a city, but I am getting about 2x rent as compared to a long term tenant on average over the course of a year. thats after utilities and cleaning fees.

It would be invaluable to share experiences and perhaps shed light on why it's not as mainstream as one might expect.

I am still feeling secure about my current investment, and getting routine updates on progress, but I think a tactical pause once this note is paid is needed, and I appreciate you shedding some light on the matter.
