It's NOT the medium it's the marketing message.You can take the right copy and message and scale it on multiple mediums and it will pull great.You can put bad to mediocre copy in any medium and it will struggle to pull well.Design of the website doesn't mean what people think.I have seen many websites rich for SEO rake in the leads and they are nothing fancy to look at.Website designers don't know much about driving business and just like to create vanity sites to admire their work.I can't remember but aren't you trying to buy properties for 50 bucks down??

As for items that are "common" for multi-units, you will also find that replacing that one common item (say the roof) will cost much more than that same item for a smaller unit.As MikeOH said, learn the landlording business on a smaller scale so that you won't be overwhelmed by the larger scale of multi-units.

The applicants are more than welcome to cross out their account number if they want, so long as their name is on the statement.However, for our condo down in San Diego, a higher scale rental, I have never asked for bank account info (just checked credit, employment, and previous landlords) and have never had a problem.FWIW, I had one tenant who had over $20,000 in his bank account and defaulted after 2 months, so how much significance is a bank account number?
