Eventually you will be able to see the expensive stuff without calling someone in for an inspection, it is just a matter of getting the experience with trial and error 

From there I'd prob sit back and lend privately to rookie or more experience but active investors.

@Jerell Edmonds well with me it’s been education and some peeking here and there i have found three areas to concentrate on and have been looking up listings on the marketplace and reaching out to realtors for connectionsI am also now searching for hard money relationships on the site and using google to find clubs so I can meet people face to face but right now education and trial and error lots of emails for now

I did this on the fly, and got a couple of line errors on the script processing this, so I 'think' two weeks are missing on this.

What are the errors on the existing appraisal causing it to be 110k and not your expected amount.
