Technical Error With BP

Alright yall.. 

I haven't been on Bigger Pockets in a while... but happy to be back on here. 

I am trying to update my profile and for some reason every time I click on "Add credentials" nothing happens... like nothing at all. No refreshing screen, no loading, etc. 

Not sure what I'm doing wrong here, lol
