No tricks, but you have trained all your contacts to text you. 

Personally if you have $20-50,000 to spend on coaching and training, I'd rather see yourself buy some real estate and learn by doing.

It is an old old old game and the wave of training and hype cycles through every few years...among waves of fresh newbies.

So I can’t wait to make connections and start investing but I have basic training in the Air Force coming up.

They will not include as much in the lead, training, and marketing department.
