@Carlos Martinez I have a very old course from him on negotiating using NLP.  I was not impressed. My the techniques are valid, his presentation and they way he said things sounded VERY stilted and artificial. Good sales people and negotiators are very smooth. They do not sound like artificial robots.

Now keep in mind that was 10+ years ago and his current programs may be better. I also bought his wife's short sale course at the same time back them. In fact his material was likely a add on bonus to hers. I was happy with her course.

Here is my view on these types of programs. No one person or course, is going to give you everything you need to know.  Even coaching programs in the tens of thousands of dollars is not going to give you everything. If you can afford the courses and have a realistic expectation of what you will get from them go for it.

This is not an easy business and having the knowledge is only 20% of the battle. The rest is consistently and persistently taking action.
