The biggest obstacle there is simply the time factor, when you're already rather burnt out from a crazy busy weekend or whatever and you've got a bunch of other work to do to keep the place running right, who's going to take several hours out to sit and watch some usually grainy silent video of a bartender serving drink after drink or measuring how much booze is left in each one of 100+ bottles of liquor?

There are tons of books, videos, MP3's on the subject from a whole host of gurus and coaches.

Im more of a visual learner and can understand things better with videos.

I look the home over, lock it up under contract and take a 10 min video, in less than an hour.

First, I'm not going to disagree that 123Flip.com is an awesome site, but remember that that site is just one random guy...on the other hand, BiggerPockets has the experience of thousands of landlords, both successful and unsuccessful, so you can learn from both successes and mistakes.Trust me, start reading through the forums here and you won't be disappointed...
