Hello BP, Does anyone have any experience investing with Bakerson in Phoenix, Arizona? 

I’ve tried searching for people who have been neighbors to their tenant but haven’t seen anything yet.If you have experience in this I’d love to hear how you handled the relationship of tenant/neighbor. 

I have been wanting to invest in real estate for 30 years.

I have been involved in many foundation repairs and we get the improved foundation up to as good or better than new.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I have shared information with others in the past, trusting their verbal conversation, and ended up with nothing.

I initially planned on doing month to month lease for incoming tenants just in case I need to let them go if they end up not being the right fit.

Our first tenant stayed for 2 years and 8 months, and we've just recently moved in a new couple.
