This unit is larger than my fourplex units and has a two car garage for each unit so will likely rent for more than 1100 per month.This unit needs a facelift, about 20k to get the rents to 1100+.

One guy would sit in the car with me for 4-5 hours, checking his properties, the whole time he would just piss and moan about how rotten and stupid everyone in our city was..

Things like "you must fit both cars in the garage and none parked on driveway at night" might be a huge turnoff for some renters.

Property includes street parking, 3 designated parking spots and a car port with 3 slips and lockable storage for each slip.

They arent peace full today .  7 police in the hospital , 1 unresponsive  several with broken bones , looting a CVS store , 2 burning cop cars , and the night is young .  

They will also need to see where every dollar of your DP comes from.Best case scenario for me would be to borrow the money and give my buddy title to my car, boat, motorcycle, whatever to hold until payoff.    

Sister 1 says that Sister 2 is bi-polar and won't move out and she has the car and Sister 1 doesn't have a car and there's nothing she can do.  

Lots of chain link fences, 4-6 or more cars parked in front of each house on the street, best house on a bad street.

The vacation they took and fancy car in the driveway has now come due.
