The take out, refinancing and how the process goes and how to do it all again.It's no day long class, initially I'd pick about 3 to 4 aspects in each category that map out the process and flow into the next category, so in about 15 minutes you have covered the bases.You don't want a sales pitch, it's an opportunity and available to the due to your agent/client or position as a friend.
