Usually I get to work early and hang out here on BP until the day gets going.Only problem is the family, they try to keep me up until 11 or 12pm, so I am getting used to only sleeping 5hrs a night or so.Cheers,Josh

A 100% commission agency to whom you pay a monthly fee, like the one I hang my license may let you do it.  

If your tenants are using window units, their electricity bills will drop considerably, and they'll be in much nicer apartments that don't have window units hanging around, let alone the noise.
