Flat Fee MLS listings
Hi,
Long time forum lurker here! I'm in the process of developing a flat fee mls listing website. My question for you guys is would this website/business be considered a "brokerage"? I haven't been a realtor long enough to meet the requirements to become a broker.
Thanks,
Colby Armstrong
